❄️ Engineering code freeze
Our Engineering Team enters code freeze between Wednesday 20th November - Tuesday 3rd December.
📥 CSV upload cut-off
The cut-off date for CSV uploads ahead of Black Friday is Wednesday 20th November.
✨ HTML submission deadlines
🛍️ Black Friday
HTML changes required for Black Friday must be submitted by Friday 25th October.
Work will be delivered by Friday 15th November.
The Creative Team enters code freeze on Friday 15th November until after Black Friday weekend, and won't be able to make any changes between those dates.
🎄 Christmas
HTML changes required for Christmas must be submitted by Friday 27th November, with scheduled work being delivered by 18th December.
The Creative Team will be in code freeze again from Wednesday 18th December - Friday 27th December.
🧑💻Technical projects submission deadlines
For any new work that requires our Technical Projects Team (rebrands, new account creation, IP warming activities), you must have:
- held a scoping call with a Solutions Consultant by Wednesday 2nd October and;
- submitted a formal project request by the end of Friday 11th October
