SMS with Twilio
Ometria SMS with Twilio allows you to send cross-channel automation campaigns e.g. VIP, win-back, replenishments, welcome, birthday, etc.
Benefits:
- Choose to use your company name as a sender ID, or use an Alphanumeric ID or mobile number
- Provide a fully unified cross-channel marketing experience using Ometria's built-in SMS functionality
- Create campaigns in the Ometria automation builder and add relevant personalisation and coupon codes to your SMS messages

SMS with Attentive
Attentive offers an out-of-the-box integration with Ometria that allows you to connect straight from the UI.
You can send customer data to Attentive, unlocking powerful segmentation in Attentive, e.g. marketing opt-in information, AOV, etc.

- Trigger SMS campaigns from Attentive’s platform
- Target your customers where they are most engaged
